C2 Corvette limited edition fine art display
“Iconic”, “groundbreaking”, “stunning”. There probably aren’t enough superlatives to describe the Corvette C2 Stingray. I was encouraged to draw the C2 by a long-time client of my British car fine art prints and, while it’s taken me nearly two years to finally get the deed done, I’m happy he pushed me to illustrate this landmark American sports car.
Your C2 print comes “standard” with the base motor and transmission, steel wheels and covers, manual brakes (4-wheel discs) and steering, manual windows, blackwall tires, heater/defroster, and rear exit exhaust in either coupe or roadster body style (in the factory colors of your choice)—all appropriate to the year of your car. You can upgrade your C2 print with a number of factory and period options and accessories including power steering, brakes, and windows, side exhaust, several different styles of tires, even the 36-gallon fuel tank for the coupes.
The Sports Car Art C2 Corvette fine art displays are printed using dye sublimation and include all of the framing, instructions and tools need for assembly.

Large-scale Graphic Print:
Perhaps more than any other car, the Jaguar XKSS raises the question, “What might have been”?, had not the fire at the Browns Lane factory destroyed nine of the original run of twenty-five cars ending production and ushering in the E-type. Certainly, the XKSS might have never been built at all had not Sir William […]
I know there are those who don’t consider the AC Cobra a truly British sports car but, rather, a car of British heritage. Let’s not quibble over the details and agree that the Cobra was (and is still) a simply fabulous sports car. And, while I appreciate the raw power of the later 427-powered cars, […]
Twelve cylinders of screaming power topped by what might be the most beautiful set of exhaust headers ever made. A highly successful motor racing driver in many disciplines, Dan Gurney had been driving in Formula One since the late 1950s. While driving for the Brabham works team, he joined with a group of prominent motor racing figures and […]
I’ve always admired the Jaguar Lightweights—both the roadster and coupe versions—but have a particular fascination with Briggs Cunningham’s efforts at the 1963 24-Hours of Le Mans. There’s just something fundamentally beastly about those three cars. While they didn’t meet with much success on the track they helped Jaguar develop their E-type into one of the […]

DCTownsend and Doug Buchanan in front of the Cunningham display
About Garage Graphics® — Doug Buchanan is a car guy (Arnolt-Bristol, Jaguar S1 coupe, and others). His father is a car guy (Morgan, Dodge Viper). His grandfather was a car guy (Voisin Demi-Berline). He’s also the third-generation owner of Renze Display, a 120 year-old exhibit and large scale digital graphics company in Omaha, Nebraska. For years, Doug has wanted to combine his love of cars and large scale graphics and it all recently came together with the addition of dye-sublimation printing equipment capable of producing images as high as 10 feet. Garage Graphics® was born! The effect of the super-sized graphics is absolutely stunning—made more so by the addition of dimmable LED backlighting—and something you just have to see to fully appreciate its impact.
